The next meeting of the Bay Area Satsang group will be on

The joint meeting with the Northern California group has been cancelled for this year.

Bay Area Satsang Meeting September 20
Here are some things to get on your
calendar:
The first meeting of the Bay Area Satsang group will be on
Sunday, September 20, 2015, 3:00 - 5:00 pm.
We plan to meet at our usual meeting place at
St. Philip's Episcopal Church (5038
Hyland Avenue, San Jose [
map]), but may need to change the location, as we will try to set up a Skype connection for one of our participants. Watch for a location update, or contact
bayareasatsang@yahoo.com for information.
Betsy, Jackie, Reina and Pamela will lead the session, sharing from
their experiences at the Satsang last June.
FOR NEXT YEAR, the dates of the retreat and Satsang will be
June
11-19, 2016,
so you might add that to your calendars now.

Here are the dates for our 2014- 2015 season.
Unless otherwise noted, meetings are at St. Philip's Episcopal Church, 5038 Hyland Avenue (one block east of Alum Rock Avenue between Kirk and El Campo), from 3:00 - 5:00 pm

Annual Retreat and Satsang will be held Saturday, June 13- Monday, June 22 at St. Joseph's Camp in Duncans Mills, CA.

September 2014 meeting
Please hold the date of Sunday, September 28 for the next Satsang
meeting in the Fall.

Pamela will facilitate sharing of notes and reflections from those
who were at the June Retreat and Satsang gathering.

Annual Retreat and Satsang
This week, many of our group members are attending the annual retreat with Sr. Ishpriya on the Russian River. The silent retreat is followed by the Satsang group gathering. The retreat this year runs from Sunday to Wednesday (June 14-18), and the Satsang goes from Wednesday afternoon through Sunday Morning (June 18-22).
For the first time, Satsang members were asked to attend both sessions, as the work of silence and reflection during the retreat enables the Satsang gathering to be deeper and more focused.
At the Satsang meeting, the group will be looking at dates for our regular gatherings throughout the coming year. Those dates will be shared here as soon as they are set.
